I have installed ClamAV and have checked the Ubuntu server. You should ask them for some evidence that shows you are (or have been) sending spam. MWEB has also requested that we check for malware and viruses on our server to prevent the SPAM.Are they saying you've been sending spam and do they have any evidence of that? As I mentioned earlier, your server does not show on any RBL lists. If you are still on the version of ZCS that's in your forum profile the the first thing you should do is to upgrade to the most recent version of Zimbra because of this - do that before you do anything else and make sure you take a backup first.Ĭan I configure Zimbra to not use their server as relay host? We have picked up from the zimbra.log that our server has been marked as a SPAM host by MWEB, our ISP. We are able to send to internal email addresses when we use Outlook, but when using the Zimbra Client, it does not go through.
